The booking process will require the following:
- Personal Registration Form (You can fill it out while booking the package through the website, or you can send us your emergency contacts, health and medical details, and an agreement to the terms and conditions of the trek.)

This shall, in turn, confirm the reservation and ensure smooth documentation. The requirement is a 40% down payment of the price of the trip, with the remainder payable upon arrival.
As for obtaining the necessary permits, arranging a registered guide, and booking flights and accommodation, we’ll do that.
From your end having travel insurance that covers your emergency medical, and heli evacuation, you must ensure your physical fitness ( If planning to climb any peak or mountain basic knowledge of climbing techniques and use of the climbing gear is highly desirable), and preparing appropriate trekking gear ensures you have all the necessary equipment for safety, comfort, and efficiency during the trek.

Yes, we’ll hold a pre-departure meeting to review the itinerary, confirm permits, and check your gear. We’ll cover health and safety tips, including altitude sickness precautions, discuss local customs and etiquette, and you can address questions that you are curious about. In addition to the trek cost, trekkers should budget for potential extra expenses such as hot showers, snacks, and drinks, as these are not included. Charging electronic devices at high altitudes often comes with a fee, and tips for guides and porters are customary but not included in the trek cost. If there’s a flight delay, any additional stay and food expenses will be extra. Additionally, Himalayan weather is unpredictable, so if you’ve to return from the airport back to the hotel, an additional airport transfer cost needs to be paid.

No. Effective May 26, 2023, travelers entering Nepal from abroad by air or land are no longer need to submit a certificate of full vaccination against COVID-19 until further notice. A negative PCR test report for COVID-19 is not required.
