Day 1: Drive from Kathmandu to Hattiban Climbing Site – Full-Day Climbing Session
- 7:00 AM - Departure from Kathmandu
Meet at your hotel in Kathmandu and drive to Hattiban, which is approximately 1.5 hours away. - 8:30 AM - Arrival and Orientation
Arrive at the Hattiban climbing site, where your guide will provide a safety orientation and an overview of the day’s climbing routes. - 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Morning Climbing Session
Start with some easier routes (5a to 6a) to warm up and build confidence. The guide will assist with techniques and belaying. - 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM - Lunch Break
Take a break to enjoy a packed lunch in the natural surroundings, with beautiful views of the valley and mountains. - 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM - Afternoon Climbing Session
Move on to intermediate-level routes, graded 6a to 6b. This session will help you work on balance, endurance, and route-finding skills. - 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM - Wrap-Up for the Day
Wind down for the day, organize your gear, and relax. - Evening - Camp Setup and Dinner
Set up camp in a designated area at Hattiban or stay in a nearby lodge. Enjoy a cooked meal, share climbing experiences with the group, and relax around a campfire (weather permitting).
Day 2: Full Day Climbing Session
- 7:30 AM - Breakfast at Camp
Have breakfast and prepare for another day of climbing. - 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM - Advanced Climbing Session
After warming up, attempt some of the more challenging routes (6b to 7a+). This session will focus on overcoming difficult sections and applying advanced climbing techniques with guidance from the instructor. - 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM - Lunch Break
Recharge with a packed lunch, enjoying the scenic surroundings. - 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM - Final Climbing Session
A concluding climb session where you can revisit favorite routes, push personal limits, or focus on any techniques you'd like to refine. - 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM - Wrap-up and Group Photos
Conclude the day with group photos, feedback from the guide, and packing up the gear. - 4:00 PM - Drive Back to Kathmandu
Depart from Hattiban, heading back to Kathmandu—estimated arrival around 5:30 PM.
Day 3: Departure from Kathmandu
- Morning: Transfer to the airport or plan for additional activities or sightseeing in Kathmandu if your schedule permits.
- Transportation: Private vehicle transportation from Kathmandu to Hattiban and back.
- Accommodation: Tented camp or lodge near Hattiban climbing site for 2 nights.
- Climbing Equipment: Helmet, harness, climbing shoes, ropes, belay devices, and chalk.
- Professional Rock Climbing Guide: English-speaking, experienced rock climbing guide.
- Meals: Packed lunch for both climbing days, breakfast, and dinner at camp.
- Entry Fees: All required entry permits for the Hattiban climbing area.
- Guide Wages, Emergency Medical Insurance: Rock Climbing guide and Staff wages, medical and emergency rescue evacuation insurance, equipment, food, and accommodation.
- Medical Kit Bag: Medical kit (carried by Guide or supporting staff for basic use only)
- Government VAT / TAX: Local government VAT / Tax

- Nepal entry Visa fee: Nepal Visa fee USD 60 per person for 30 days to be applied for 60 days USD 120).

- Insurance: Personal travel and high altitude insurance, accident, Medical Insurance and emergency rescue evacuation cost. (Rescue, Repatriation, Medication, Medical Tests, and Hospitalization costs.)
- Personal Expenses: Snacks, additional beverages, and any personal purchases.
- Tips for Guide: Gratuities for the guide (optional but appreciated).
- Additional Equipment: Any personal climbing gear or specialized equipment not covered in the standard provision.
- Personal Trekking / Climbing equipment and Personal Expenses: Personal Trekking and Climbing Gears, Internet, battery recharge, Hot shower, Laundry, any Alcoholic beverages & soft drinks (during the trek and in Kathmandu), and Personal Medical Kit bags.
- Filming: Special Filming, Camera and Drone permit fee.
- Tips: Calculate some tips for staff, Drivers and Porters.
- Extra: Any other services or activities, which are not mentioned in the itinerary or any other item not listed in the “Cost Includes” section. Or any costs that arise due to a change of the itinerary, because of landslides, domestic flight delays, political disturbance, and strikes etc.
