Valley region of Nepal has been recognized as paradise. positioned in a remote corner of the Annapurna region. The trek usually begins from Besisahar. This is exotic terrain that offers medieval Tibetan culture in a pristine and almost untouched form.There are some spectacular mountain views and great alpine scenery, Tilicho lake ( located in the Manang district of Nepal, 55 kilometers (34 mi) as the crow flies from the city of Pokhara. It is situated at an altitude of 4,919 m. also known as the world's highest lake) and the surrounding geography near the end of the trek only helps to make this trek more amazing for those adventurers who are in search of a real Shangri-La.
The trail passes through the Challenging high passes, Larkya La Pass 5,112 m. Kangla pass 5,320 m. Tilicho Lake 4,919 m. and Thorong la Pass 5,416 m. offer fantastic views of the Annapurna massif, Lamjung Himal, Manaslu Himal, the Dhaulagiri range and Tilicho peak.
After starting and traveling through Manaslu and the unique Nar Phu valley, we return to Manang via Khang La Pass 5,320 m. a beautiful village on the Annapurna trail,then continue the trek to Tilicho Lake, followed by the onward trekking to Thorong La before reaching Jomsom. This is an ideal trek for those who want to discover a hidden valley and trek off the beaten trail.
