Itinerary

Arrival in Kathmandu [1300 m/4264 ft] Arrive at any time, Xtreme Climbers vehicle and represent we'll pick you up from Tribhuvan International Airport and take you to the hotel. Your included activities consist of refreshments, an introduction to your guide, as well as an introduction to the trek.

Your adventure in Nepal comes to an end today! There is nothing to do but trade emails with your travel companions and organize your photos. A representative from Xtreme Climbers will take you to the airport, approximately 3 hours before your scheduled flight. On your way home you'll have plenty of time to plan your next adventure in the wonderful country of Nepal.

  • Kathmandu Hotel: 2 nights 3*** Hotel accommodation in Kathmandu.
  • Air Transportation (If taking a Flight): Domestic flight Transportation from Kathmandu-Pokhara-Kathmandu as per the scheduled programmed itinerary.
  • Overland 4WD Transportation (If taking a drive): 4WD private or local or tourist coach Transportation from Kathmandu-Pokhara-Kathmandu as per the scheduled programmed itinerary.

Transportation During Trek: Transportation from Pokhara-Bijayapur and Begnas Lake-Pokhara by local reserved 4WD Jeep. 

  • Accommodation & Meal during Trekking / Camping (If Camping Trek): Local Hotel / Tea House accommodation and meals on full board (Breakfast, lunch, and dinner) including Local seasonal fresh fruits as far available during trekking and Camping
  • Trekking map: Trekking MAP is required during the trek.

  • Required necessary Porters or Support Camping Crew (If Camping): All necessary required Porters during trekking and if camping, 1 experienced, helpful, and friendly guide, 1 cook and porters and their food & accommodation, salary, equipment, and insurance.
  • Camping Equipment (If Camping): Only if camping trip, Trekking camping equipment (Tent, mattress, dining tent, kitchen tent, toilet tent kitchen utensils, etc).
  • Xtreme Climbers Duffel Bags and Sun Hat: Xtreme Climbers Duffel Bags for each Trekker 90. L / Climbers 120. L to put your Trekking/Expedition gears and stuff during Trekking / Expedition.
  • Guide / Wages /Meals / Insurance: An experienced Government-licensed guide and porter to carry your luggage, Food, drinks, accommodation, insurance, salary, equipment, transportation, and local tax for the Guide and porter for the trek.
  • SAT Phone: Thuraya SAT Phone (Emergency use only) carried by Guide. For members additional charge ($ 5 per minute).
  • Radio Walkie Talkie: Radio Walkie Talkie will be sent if required.
  • First AID Kit Box: Group medical supplies (first aid kit will be available).
  • Travel & Rescue arrangement: Travel & Rescue arrangement just in case of any emergency during a trip. 
  • Government Tax / VAT: All government taxes and VAT.

  • Airfare: International flight airfare (from and to Kathmandu).
  • Nepal entry Visa fee: The Nepal Visa fee is USD 60 per person for 30 days (to be applied for 60 days USD 120).
  • Sightseeing: Sightseeing around historical monuments and entrance fees.
  • Extra night in Kathmandu and Lunch & Dinner: Extra night accommodation and Lunch & dinner during the stay in Kathmandu In case of early arrival or late departure, early return from Trekking / Expedition (due to any reason) than the scheduled itinerary. 
  • Insurance: Travel and high altitude insurance, accident, medical & emergency evacuation.
  • Rescue Evacuation: Medical Insurance and emergency rescue evacuation cost if required. (Rescue, Repatriation, Medication, Medical Tests, and Hospitalization costs.)
  • Personal Trekking / Climbing equipment and Personal Expenses: Personal Trekking and Climbing Gear, Internet, battery recharge, Hot shower, Laundry, any Alcoholic beverages & soft drinks (during the trek and in Kathmandu), and Personal Medical Kit bags.
  • Filming: Special Filming, Camera, and Drone permit fee.
  • Horse renting and additional porters: Horse renting and additional porters during the trek.
  • Tips:  Calculate some tips for staff, Drivers, and Porters.
