Many unclimbed Ice flows have not been discovered around the Khumbu region and opportunities for further exploration abound.
Lobuche Peak is one another one of the famous climbing peaks in Nepal, It is located in the Everest region and has two sides with a summit-east edge (6,119 m) and west edge (6,145 m). The east edge is recognized especially as a trekking peak, whereas the west is known as an Expedition Peak. is a small settlement near Mount Everest in the Khumbu region. Elevation of about 4,940 meters (16,210 ft), is situated about 150 km (93 mi) east of Nepal's capital Kathmandu and lies near the foot of the Khumbu Glacier, approximately 9 km SW of Everest Base Camp. It is a challenging but rewarding climb to the top. It offers a variety of existing routes and a world-class view of Mt. Everest 8,848m. Lobuje is an attractive trekking peak. From the top, you get breathtaking views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, and Pumori.
The end of December or the first week of January would be the best suggested time for this kind of outdoor adventure.
NOTE: Xtreme Climbers Treks and Expedition is the first local-based company that only organizes this kind of outdoor Pre-Ice and Rock Climbing Course including winter 6000-7000 or 8000m Expedition in Nepal. For 6000m at the end of December or the first week of January would be the best suggested time for this kind of outdoor adventure. Anyone intending to make above 7000m or 8000m only Expedition we would recommend you to grave your flight in late September or early December.

Day 01 - Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) Kathmandu: Arrival in Kathmandu [1300 m/4264 ft] Arrive at any time, Xtreme Climbers vehicle and represent we'll pick you up from Tribhuvan International Airport and take you to the hotel. Your included activities consist of refreshments, an introduction to your guide, as well as an introduction on The Trek.

Day 02: Final Preparation Day in Kathmandu
- Activity: This day is dedicated to finalizing your gear and equipment for the expedition. Your guide will assist in ensuring all necessary items are packed. The rest of the day is free for exploring the vibrant city of Kathmandu. You can visit local markets like Thamel or UNESCO heritage sites, depending on your interest.

Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2,840m) and Trek to Phakding (2,610m) – 3 hours trek
- Activity: Early morning flight to Lukla, offering stunning aerial views of the Himalayan peaks. Upon landing, begin trekking through scenic villages, crossing suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River to reach Phakding.
- Accommodation: Lodge in Phakding.
- Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) – 6 hours trek
- Activity: Follow the Dudh Koshi River, cross several high-suspension bridges, and pass through forests of pine and rhododendrons. Enter Sagarmatha National Park and ascend to Namche Bazaar, the vibrant hub of the Everest region.
- Accommodation: Lodge in Namche Bazaar.
- Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 05: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar
- Activity: A day for acclimatization to the higher altitude. Take a short hike to Everest View Hotel (3,880m) for stunning vistas of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Explore the Sherpa Culture Museum and local markets in Namche.
- Accommodation: Lodge in Namche Bazaar.
- Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 06: Trek to Phortse (3,810m) – 5-6 hours trek
- Activity: A scenic trek through rhododendron forests and remote villages. You might spot Himalayan wildlife like musk deer or pheasants along the way. Reach Phortse, a quieter village with panoramic mountain views.
- Accommodation: Lodge in Phortse.
- Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 07: Climbing Gear Training Day in Phortse
- Activity: Spend the day learning about climbing equipment, gear handling, and safety measures essential for the ascent. Practice knot tying and rope techniques.

- Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Days 08-11: Pre-Ice Climbing Course in Phortse
- Activity: Participate in a comprehensive ice-climbing course, focusing on basic techniques such as using crampons, ice axes, and safety protocols. Each evening, return to Phortse for rest and feedback sessions.
- Accommodation: Lodge in Phortse.
- Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Days 12-13: Rock Climbing Course
- Activity: Engage in rock climbing activities to enhance your technical skills. The course includes belaying, anchoring, and climbing techniques on natural rock surfaces.

Day 14: Trek to Pheriche (4,240m) – 5-6 hours trek
- Activity: Trek through alpine landscapes with magnificent views of Ama Dablam, Nuptse, and other peaks. Pheriche is a popular stop for trekkers and climbers acclimatizing to higher altitudes.
- Accommodation: Lodge in Pheriche.
- Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Days 15-16: Ice Climbing Course in Pheriche
- Activity: Advance your ice-climbing skills by practicing on steeper ice walls. Sessions focus on vertical ice climbing techniques and team safety measures.

- Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 17: Trek to Lobuche (4,910m) – 5-6 hours trek
- Activity: Ascend gradually through rocky terrain with views of towering peaks. Pass memorials dedicated to climbers who lost their lives on Everest.
- Accommodation: Lodge in Lobuche.
- Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 18: Trek to Gorak Shep and Visit Everest Base Camp (5,364m)
- Activity: Hike to Gorak Shep and continue to Everest Base Camp. Enjoy views of the Khumbu Icefall and surrounding peaks before returning to Gorak Shep.
- Accommodation: Lodge in Gorak Shep.
- Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 19: Hike to Kala Patthar (5,550m) and Return to Lobuche
- Activity: Early morning hike to Kala Patthar for a breathtaking sunrise over Everest. Descend to Lobuche for rest.
- Accommodation: Lodge in Lobuche.
- Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 20: Trek to Lobuche High Camp (5,551m)
- Activity: Ascend to Lobuche High Camp, where you will stay in tented accommodation. Final preparations for the summit attempt.
- Accommodation: Tented camp at Lobuche High Camp.
- Meals Included: Hot Meals/High Food.
Day 21: Summit Lobuche East (6,119m) and Descend to Base Camp or Thukla
- Activity: Begin the climb early morning, using technical gear to reach the summit. Enjoy stunning panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, and surrounding peaks. Descend to Base Camp or Thukla.
- Accommodation: Lodge in Thukla.
- Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 22-24: Descend to Lukla via Phortse and Phakding
- Activity: Retrace your steps through Phortse and Phakding to Lukla, enjoying the changing scenery along the way.

- Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 25: Fly to Kathmandu and Farewell Dinner
- Activity: Fly back to Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel. In the evening, enjoy a farewell dinner organized by Xtreme Climbers, celebrating the completion of your expedition.

Day 26: Final Departure, Your adventure in Nepal comes to an end today! There is nothing to do but trade emails with your travel companions and organize your photos. A representative from Xtreme Climbers will take you to the airport, approximately 3 hours before your scheduled flight. On your way home you'll have plenty of time to plan your next adventure in the wonderful country of Nepal.

Ramechhap-Lukla-Ramechhap (by Air) and from Lukla to Base camp (By Porters / Yak or Donkey).
- While returning: Lobuch or Island BC to Lukla (By Yak / Porter or Donkey ) and Lukla to Ramechhap (by small aircraft) and Ramechhap-Kathmandu per scheduled itinerary.
- Member Luggage: Up to 15.Kg per member is for personal baggage carried by the porter during the trek. NOTE: baggage more than 15.Kg p/p will incur an extra cost at the airport.
- Lodging & Fooding: 3 meals a day (BLD, including Tea & Fresh Coffee) along with accessible accommodation at the Lodge / Tea house/Camp during the Trek.
- Fresh Fruits: Seasonal Fresh Fruits carried by our staff will be provided every day as far as possible during trekking.
During Climbing / Ascent LOBUCHE or ISLAND Peak:
- LOBUCHE or ISLAND Peak: Each Member VE-25 North-Face individual Tent Foam Mattresses and pillows per member will be provided (1 Tent for Two members). As well tents for the Climbing Sherpa Guide staff including all necessary climbing equipment for climbing Sherpa will be provided which is required during the Ascent of the mountain.
- High Food and Climbing Meals: During tented accommodation at High camp and above during ascent High Food / Hot Korean noodle Ramen soup / Hot Tea and Coffee will be provided.
- Oxygen and Mask Regulator: During a stay at Base Camp One Oxygen Cylinder and Mask Regulator (for emergency use only) will be provided.
- Climbing Rope & Equipment: During climbing necessary climbing summit Ropes and necessary climbing equipment for A sherpa guide will be provided.
- Climbing Gears: To avoid Skin diseases except for the Climbing boots we will provide necessary Crampons, Ice Axe, harnesses, ascenders, and Belay Devices.
- XTREME CLIMBERS Equipments (Duffel Bags, Sun Hat: Xtreme Climbers 90. ltr (Trekkers 2. member 1. Bag) and 120. liter (1 for each Expedition member) Duffel bags will be provided which need to be returned back after the trip. Sun Hat will be provided as souvenirs to everyone joining the XTREMECLIMBERS Trip.
- Porter: 2 members 1 Porter (30. kg) Lukla-Mountain-Lukla NOTE: Baggage more than 30. kg per person will charge an extra additional cost as well as required extra porters or Yak to carry extra weight on the scheduled itinerary.
- Staff Salary and allowance: All Nepalese staff, Climbing Sherpa Climbing + Daily wages including Porters and Yak daily wages, salaries, equipment, and food.
- Medical / Emergency Heli Rescue Insurance: Medical & Emergency Heli Rescue Insurance for all involved staff during trek and expedition.

- Thuraya SAT Phone for emergency use will be provided (For members $ 5 per minute) will be charged.
- Radio Walkie Talkie: Radio Walkie Talkie will be provided for easy communication between members and the Climbing Sherpa Guide during the Trekking / Climbing period.
