The journey begins in Kathmandu with a drive through the Marsyangdi Valley to Besishahar, followed by an off-road adventure to the highlands of Manang. Over multiple climbing days, participants can autonomously explore or climb with a guide across the Pisang Valley, Julu, and the Nar Phu borders, before returning to Kathmandu for a cultural finale.

Day 01 - Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) Kathmandu: Arrival in Kathmandu [1300 m/4264 ft] Arrive at any time, Xtreme Climbers vehicle and represent we'll pick you up from Tribhuvan International Airport and take you to the hotel. Your included activities consist of refreshments, an introduction to your guide, as well as an introduction on The Trek. Meal includes:Breakfast
Day 02: Drive to Besishahar
- Activities: Drive to Besishahar (760m) through scenic landscapes.
- Driving Hours: 6-7 hours
- Accommodation / Meals: Guesthouse in Besishahar. B,L,D
Day 03: Off-Road Drive to Hongde / Manang (3,500m)
- Activities: A thrilling jeep ride through the Marsyangdi Valley and the north face of the Annapurna range. Cross rugged terrain to reach the alpine region of Hongde/Manang.
- Driving Hours: 6-7 hours
- Accommodation / Meals: Lodge in Hongde. B,L,D
Days 04–07: Ice Climbing Exploration in Pisang, Julu, and Nar Phu Regions
- Activities: Four full days dedicated to ice climbing, and exploring frozen waterfalls in nearby valleys. Accessible climbs range from WI2 to WI5, catering to all skill levels.
- Day 3: Explore Pisang Valley icefalls, and warm up with easier routes.
- Day 4: Head to Julu Valley for moderate-to-difficult climbs.
- Day 5: Attempt challenging climbs near Nar Phu, reaching altitudes up to 5,000m.
- Day 6: Free climbing day, revisit favorite routes, or try uncharted falls.
- Climbing Hours: 5-7 hours daily
- Accommodation / Meals: Lodge in Manang. B,L,D
Day 08: Drive Back to Besishahar
- Activities: Retrace the off-road route, descending to Besishahar. Enjoy the views of the Annapurna and Lamjung ranges.
- Driving Hours: 6-7 hours
- Accommodation / Meals: Guest house in Besisahar. B,L,D
Day 09: Drive back to Kathmandu
- Activities: Return to Kathmandu by road. In the afternoon, visit Boudhanath Stupa, explore Thamel's bustling markets, and enjoy a farewell dinner featuring traditional Nepali cuisine.

Day 10: Departure or Optional Everest Scenic Flight
- Activities: Early morning transfer to the airport for an optional Everest scenic flight, followed by final shopping in Kathmandu. Transfer to the airport for your international flight.

- Transportation: Private car transfers between Kathmandu and Besishahar. Off-road jeep transfers to/from Manang.
- Accommodation: Lodges/guesthouses in Besishahar, Manang, and Hongde. Hotel stay in Kathmandu (1 night).
- Meals: All meals during the expedition (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner). Farewell dinner in Kathmandu.
- Climbing Guide: Expert ice climbing guide for instruction and safety.
- Climbing Gear: Ice axes, crampons, ropes, harnesses, and helmets.
- Permits: Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP). TIMS card (Trekkers’ Information Management System).
- Support Staff: Porters to carry group gear and equipment.
- Meals During Trip: 3 times meals (BLD) during the Trekking / Ice and Rock climbing Course.
- Porters / Yak: Necessary Porters / Yak transport – bag, food, and equipment (if necessary).

- Airfare: International flight airfare (from and to Kathmandu).
- Nepal entry Visa fee: Nepal Visa fee USD 60 per person for 30 days (to be applied for 60 days (USD 120).
- Lunch & Dinner: Lunch & dinner during the stay in Kathmandu (also in case of an earlier return from Trekking / Expedition than the scheduled itinerary).
- Extra night in Kathmandu: Extra night accommodation in Kathmandu & Pokhara. In case of early arrival or late departure, early return from Trekking / Expedition (due to any reason) than the scheduled itinerary.
- Insurance: Travel and high altitude insurance, accident, medical & emergency evacuation.
- Rescue Evacuation: Medical Insurance and emergency rescue evacuation costs if required. (Rescue, Repatriation, Medication, Medical Tests, and Hospitalization costs.) Horse renting and additional porters during the trek.
- Personal Expenses: Telephone, Internet, battery recharge, Hot shower, Laundry, any Alcoholic beverages & soft drinks (during the trek and in Kathmandu but we will serve all kinds of beverages for members in base camp), and also Clothing, Packing Items or Bags, Personal Medical Kit, Personal Trekking /Climbing Gears. Any costs that arise due to a change of the itinerary, because of landslides, political disturbance, strikes etc.
- Filming: Special Filming, Camera, and Drone permit fee.
- Internet Service: Internet services are not included in this cost.
- Tips: Calculate some tips for Base camp staff.
