Arrive at any time, Xtreme Climbers vehicle and represent we'll pick you up from Tribhuvan International Airport and take you to the hotel. Your included activities consist of refreshments, an introduction to your guide, as well as an introduction on The Trek. Meal includes: Breakfast

Your adventure in Nepal comes to an end today! There is nothing to do but trade emails with your travel companions and organize your photos. A representative from Xtreme Climbers will take you to the airport, approximately 3 hours before your scheduled flight. On your way home you'll have plenty of time to plan your next adventure in the wonderful country of Nepal. Included meals:Breakfast

Blue Box Solar Panel and Heater: Solar Panel for Light and battery charging in Base Camp. Heater will be provided to each dining tent.
SAT Phone: Thuraya SAT Phone (Emergency use only) carried by Guide. For members additional charge ($ 5 per minute).
Radio Walkie Talkie: Radio Walkie Talkie will be sent if required.
First AID Kit Box: Group medical supplies (first aid kit will be available).
Travel & Rescue arrangement: Travel & Rescue arrangement just in case of any emergency during a trip.

Cost Excludes

Airfare: International flight airfare (from and to Kathmandu).
Nepal entry Visa fee: Nepal Visa fee US$ 60 per person for 30 days (to be applied for 60 days (USD$ 120).
Sightseeing: Sightseeing around historical monuments and entrance fee.
Extra night in Kathmandu and Lunch & Dinner: Extra nights accommodation and Lunch & dinner during the stay in Kathmandu In case of early arrival or late departure, early return from Trekking / Expedition (due to any reason) than the scheduled itinerary.
Insurance: Travel and high altitude insurance, accident, medical & emergency evacuation.
Rescue Evacuation: Medical Insurance and emergency rescue evacuation cost if required. (Rescue, Repatriation, Medication, Medical Tests and Hospitalization costs.)
Personal Trekking / Climbing equipment and Personal Expenses: Personal Trekking and Climbing Gear, Internet, battery recharge, Hot shower, Laundry, any Alcoholic beverages & soft drinks (during the trek and in Kathmandu), and Personal Medical Kit bags.
Filming: Special Filming, Camera and Drone permit fee.
