Itinerary

Arrival in Kathmandu [1300 m/4264 ft] Arrive at any time, Xtreme Climbers vehicle and representative will pick you up from Tribhuvan International Airport and take you to the hotel. Your included activities consist of refreshments, an introduction to your guide, as well as an introduction on The Trek.

Your adventure in Nepal comes to an end today! There is nothing to do but trade emails with your travel companions and organize your photos. A representative from Xtreme Climbers will take you to the airport, approximately 3 hours before your scheduled flight. On your way home, you'll have plenty of time to plan your next adventure in the wonderful country of Nepal.

Cost includes

Airport Transfers: All ground transfers in Kathmandu, including airport pickup and drop-off.
Accommodation:
- 3 nights 4**** Hotel in Kathmandu on a twin-sharing basis with breakfast.
- Accommodation in teahouses during the trek where available.
- Full-service tented camps during the Api Himal Expedition with high-quality mountaineering tents (North Face/Mountain Hardwear) and foam mattresses.
Meals:
- All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea/coffee) during the trek and expedition period.
- Welcome and farewell dinners in Kathmandu.
Domestic Transportation:
- One-way flight from Kathmandu to Dhangadhi.
- Private vehicles for the drive between Dhangadhi and Gokuleshwor.
Climbing and Trekking Staff:
- Professional UIAA-certified climbing guide.
- Experienced assistant climbing guide (1 per 5 trekkers).
- Skilled expedition cook and kitchen assistants.
- High-altitude Sherpa porters for load-carrying and logistics support.
Permits & Paperwork:
- The Api Himal Expedition climbing permit issued by the Department of Tourism.
- All national park and conservation area permits, TIMS card.
- Local authority fees and trekking region entry permits.
Climbing & Camping Equipment:
- Group mountaineering gear including ropes, ice screws, snow bars, high-altitude tents, kitchen tents, toilet tents, and dining tents.

Cost Excludes

Airfare: International flight airfare (from and to Kathmandu).
Nepal entry Visa fee: Nepal Visa fee USD 60 per person for 30 days (to be applied for 60 days USD 120). Please scroll below for the VISA application before or upon arrival link.
Lunch & Dinner: Lunch & dinner during the stay in Kathmandu (also in case of an earlier return from Trekking / Expedition than the scheduled itinerary).
Extra: Extra nights' accommodation in Kathmandu/Nepalgunj. In case of early arrival or late departure, early return from Trekking / Expedition (due to any reason) than the scheduled itinerary. Items of a personal nature, laundry expenses, and tips. Any extra expenses arising out of various/unforeseen situations like natural calamities, landslides, political disturbances, strikes, changes in government regulations, etc.

Extra transportation is then displayed in the itinerary program. Any additional staff other than those specified.

Insurance: Travel and high altitude insurance, accident, medical & emergency evacuation.
Rescue Evacuation: Medical Insurance and emergency rescue evacuation costs if required. (Rescue, Repatriation, Medication, Medical Tests, and Hospitalization costs.)
Personal Expenses: Telephone, Internet, battery recharge, Hot shower, Laundry, any Alcoholic beverages & soft drinks (during the trek and in Kathmandu but we will serve all kinds of beverages for members in base camp), and also Clothing, Packing Items or Bags, Personal Medical Kit, Personal Trekking /Climbing Gears.
Filming: Special Filming, Camera, and Drone permit fee.
Internet Service: Internet services are not included in this cost.
Summit Bonus: Summit bonus for climbing Sherpa USD.1750 per person minimum (If the company offers Full Board Services).
Tips Base camp and Trekking: Calculate 10% of the total amount of tips for Base camp and Trekking staff.
Extra: Any other services or activities, which are not mentioned in the itinerary or any other items which is not listed in the “Cost Includes” section.
