Day 01 - Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) Kathmandu: Arrival in Kathmandu [1300 m/4264 ft] Arrive at any time, Xtreme Climbers vehicle and represent we'll pick you up from Tribhuvan International Airport and take you to the hotel. Your included activities consist of refreshments, an introduction to your guide, as well as an introduction on The Trek. Meal includes:Breakfast
Day 02: Drive from Kathmandu to Ramechhap, Trek to Base Camp (Approx. 2,200m)
- Activities: Drive from Kathmandu to Ramechhap, passing through beautiful countryside views. From Ramechhap, begin the trek to the base camp, which takes about 4 hours. Enjoy stunning scenery and views of nearby peaks as you reach the camping area near Eagle Nest Waterfall.

Day 03: Introduction to Ice Climbing and Safety Training
- Activities: Begin with an orientation and safety session on ice climbing. Your guide will introduce essential climbing techniques, ice axe usage, crampon placement, and rope work. Practical demonstrations will prepare you for the following days of climbing.

Days 04-06: Ice Climbing at Eagle Nest Waterfall
- Activities:
- Day 4: Start with basic ice-climbing techniques and progress through controlled climbs, learning about body positioning, balance, and handling ice tools.
- Day 5: Advance to steeper sections of the waterfall, practicing vertical ice climbing and learning how to secure ice screws and anchors.
- Day 6: Consolidate skills, and attempt multi-pitch climbs under the guidance of expert climbers. Gain experience on various sections of the frozen waterfall.

Day 07: Rest Day and Cultural Exploration
- Activities: Take a rest day to recharge. Explore nearby villages, interact with locals, and enjoy views of the Himalayas. This day also aids in acclimatization and recovery.
- Overnight: Tent at base camp.
Day 08: Final Climbing Day – Advanced Techniques and Summative Climb
- Activities: Apply all learned techniques on more challenging climbs. Practice advanced techniques like belaying and multi-pitch climbing. Attempt a full climb to the top of the waterfall if conditions allow.
Overnight accommodation / Included Meals: Tent at base camp / Meals include: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day 09: Trek Back to Ramechhap, Drive to Kathmandu
- Activities: Trek back to Ramechhap (4 hours) and drive back to Kathmandu. Transfer to the hotel in Kathmandu.
Overnight accommodation / Included Meals: Hotel in Kathmandu / Meals include: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day 10: Final Departure, Your adventure in Nepal comes to an end today! There is nothing to do but trade emails with your travel companions and organize your photos. A representative from Xtreme Climbers will take you to the airport, approximately 3 hours before your scheduled flight. On your way home you'll have plenty of time to plan your next adventure in the wonderful country of Nepal. Included meals:Breakfast

- Hotel accommodation: Two nights 3***(Twin Sharing Room) BB Hotel accommodation in Kathmandu as per the scheduled itinerary.

- Trekking Permits: Required necessary VDC, Trekking Permits, and National Park Conservation fees.
- Meals During Trip: 3 times meals (BLD) during the Trekking / Ice and Rock climbing Course.

- Travel & Rescue arrangement: Travel & Rescue arrangements can be arranged over One call in case of any emergency during the trip.
- VAT and Taxes: All government VAT and Taxes.
- Farewell dinner: Farewell celebration dinner at the end of the trip hosted by XTREME CLIMBER’S.
- Airfare: International flight airfare (from and to Kathmandu).
- Nepal entry Visa fee: Nepal Visa fee USD 60 per person for 30 days (to be applied for 60 days (USD 120).
- Lunch & Dinner: Lunch & dinner during the stay in Kathmandu (also in case of an earlier return from Trekking / Expedition than the scheduled itinerary).
- Extra night in Kathmandu: Extra night accommodation in Kathmandu & Pokhara. In case of early arrival or late departure, early return from Trekking / Expedition (due to any reason) than the scheduled itinerary.
- Insurance: Travel and high altitude insurance, accident, medical & emergency evacuation.
- Rescue Evacuation: Medical Insurance and emergency rescue evacuation costs if required. (Rescue, Repatriation, Medication, Medical Tests, and Hospitalization costs.) Horse renting and additional porters during the trek.
- Personal Expenses: Telephone, Internet, battery recharge, Hot shower, Laundry, any Alcoholic beverages & soft drinks (during the trek and in Kathmandu but we will serve all kinds of beverages for members in base camp), and also Clothing, Packing Items or Bags, Personal Medical Kit, Personal Trekking /Climbing Gears. Any costs that arise due to a change of the itinerary, because of landslides, political disturbance, strikes etc.
