From Annapurna Base Camp offers the finest view of Annapurna I (8,091m.), Mt. Fang (7,647m.), Gangapurna (7454m), Annapurna South (7,273m.), Mt. Fishtail (6,997m.), and Glacier Dome. The approach to the base camp is through Modi Khola Valley. The flowering vegetation along the way makes anyone feel it is a natural garden. The exploration of the unique culture of Magar and Gurung ethnicity is another aspect of the trek. Cost includes
- Arrival & Departure: Airport - Hotel transfers – Airport (Pick Up and Drop).
- Hotel Accommodation In Kathmandu / Pokhara: 2 night Hotel (3* Standard) Hotel Accommodation in Kathmandu B/B and 1.Night in Pokhara with BB
- Member Transportation:
- Domestic AIR Transportation: Fly from Kathmandu-Pokhara-Kathmandu (22.minutes) as per scheduled itinerary.
- Overland FWD Transportation: 4WD Drive Pokhara to Nayapul and on the way back Nayapul-Pokhara
- Permit: Annapurna Conservation area entry / TIMS permits.
- Insurance: Medical & Emergency rescue Insurance for all involved staff during the trek and expedition.
- Member Luggage: Up to 15.Kg per member baggage will be allowed during trekking.
- Porter: 2 members 1 Porters (30.kg) Pokhara-Mardi-Pokhara NOTE: Baggage more than 15.kg per person will charge extra additional cost at the airport as well required of extra porters to carry extra weight then schedule itinerary.
- Lodging & Fooding: Food 3 meals a day (BLD; including tea and coffee) along with accessible accommodation at Lodge/Tea house Camp during trekking.
- Communication: SAT Phone (Carried by Guide) will be provided for emergency use only. NOTE: For members ($.5 per minute) will be charged for service.

Cost Excludes
- Air Fare: International flight airfare (from and to Kathmandu).
- Nepal entry Visa fee: Nepal Visa fee US $ 60 per person for 30 days (to be applied for 60 days (USD$ 120). NOTE: For Indian citizens, an entree visa is not required.
- Sightseeing : Sightseeing around historical monuments and entrance fee.
- Extra night in Kathmandu and Lunch & Dinner: Extra nights accommodation and Lunch & dinner during the stay in Kathmandu In case of early arrival or late departure, early return from Trekking / Expedition (due to any reason) than the scheduled itinerary.
- Insurance: Travel and high altitude insurance, accident, medical & emergency evacuation.
- Rescue Evacuation: Medical Insurance and emergency rescue evacuation cost if required. (Rescue, Repatriation, Medication, Medical Tests and Hospitalization costs.)
- Personal Trekking / Climbing equipment and personal Expenses: Personal Trekking and Climbing Gears, Internet, battery recharge, Hot shower, Laundry, any Alcoholic beverages & soft drinks (during the trek and in Kathmandu), and Personal Medical Kit bags.
- Filming: Special Filming, Camera and Drone permit fee.
- Tips: Minimum 10 % of total budget as tips for Guide, staff and Porters .
- Extra: Any other services or activities, which are not mentioned and not listed in the “Cost Includes” section. As well costs which arise due to a change of the itinerary, because of landslides, domestic flight delays,political disturbance, and strikes etc.
