Itinerary

Arrive at any time, Xtreme Climbers vehicle and represent we'll pick you up from Tribhuvan International Airport and take you to the hotel. Your included activities consist of refreshments, an introduction to your guide, as well as an introduction to the Trek.

On our final day in Nepal, we'll organize photos and exchange contact information. A representative from Xtreme Climbers will accompany us to the airport three hours before our flight. This is an excellent time to provide feedback on our trip and the service, we truly appreciate your feedback as we strive to improve and ensure we provide you with the best. Transportation: Airport / Hotel / Airport pick up & drop by private car or van and Necessary Transport during a Trekking.
Kathmandu Hotel: 2 nights 3*** Hotel accommodation in Kathmandu.
Overland 4WD Transportation: 4WD private or local or tourist coach Transportation from Kathmandu-Sundarijal and way back Dhunche-Kathmandu as per the scheduled programmed itinerary.

SAT Phone: Thuraya SAT Phone (Emergency use only) carried by Guide. For members additional charge ($ 5 per minute).
Radio Walkie Talkie: Radio Walkie Talkie will be sent if required.
First AID Kit Box: Group medical supplies (first aid kit will be available).
Travel & Rescue arrangement: Travel & Rescue arrangement just in case of any emergency during a trip.

Cost Excludes

Airfare: International flight airfare (from and to Kathmandu).
Nepal entry Visa fee: The Nepal Visa fee is USD 60 per person for 30 days (to be applied for 60 days (USD 120).
Sightseeing: Sightseeing around historical monuments and entrance fees.
Extra night in Kathmandu and Lunch & Dinner: Extra night accommodation and Lunch & dinner during the stay in Kathmandu In case of early arrival or late departure, early return from Trekking / Expedition (due to any reason) than the scheduled itinerary.
Insurance: Travel and high altitude insurance, accident, medical & emergency evacuation.
Rescue Evacuation: Medical Insurance and emergency rescue evacuation cost if required. (Rescue, Repatriation, Medication, Medical Tests, and Hospitalization costs.)
Personal Trekking / Climbing equipment and Personal Expenses: Personal Trekking and Climbing Gear, Internet, battery recharge, Hot shower, Laundry, any Alcoholic beverages & soft drinks (during the trek and in Kathmandu), and Personal Medical Kit bags.
Filming: Special Filming, Camera, and Drone permit fee.
