Itinerary

Arrival in Kathmandu [1300 m/4264 ft] Arrive at any time, Xtreme Climbers vehicle and represent we'll pick you up from Tribhuvan International Airport and take you to the hotel. Your included activities consist of refreshments, an introduction to your guide, as well as an introduction to The Trek.

Today your trip comes to an end. After breakfast at your hotel, you have now free time. If it is the day that you fly back home/ onward travel destination, we will transfer you to the airport on time. Or you could extend your stay or you may get our assistance for additional activities that you are interested in.

  • Airport Pick and Drop: Upon your arrival at the Kathmandu International Airport, a representative of XTREME CLIMBER’S will welcome and drop you at your hotel by private vehicle.
  • Member's Accommodation in Kathmandu: 2 Night 3* Hotel (Twin Shearing) with BB per schedule program and itinerary
  • Transportation during Trip: Kathmandu Phaplu & on the way back Junbesi-Kathmandu transfer by reserved private 4WD Jeep.
  • Trekking Permit and Entrance Fee: Gauri Shankar conservation GCAP and Sagarmatha National Park entrance for the Pikey Peak and local area entrance fee.
  • Trekking Guide and Porter: Professional government license holder Mountain / Trekking Guide and Required number of porters during the trek. (1 porter = 2 guest basis) maximum of 30. kg per porter.
  • Trip Accommodation / Meals: Best available Tea House or Homestay with 3 meals, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner “BLD” during the trekking days, and fresh fruits as far as available.
  •  Local Staff Wages and Insurance: Well-paid salary, food, accommodation, and insurance of Nepalese staff.
  •  TAX /VAT and Company S/C: Nepal Government Tax, VAT, and Company minimum service charge.

  • Hotel in Kathmandu or any extra night during the trip including Meals: Extra night accommodation and Lunch & dinner during the stay in Kathmandu In case of early arrival or late departure, early return from Trekking / Expedition (due to any reason) then the scheduled itinerary. 
  • Personal Medical / Rescue Evacuation Insurance: Travel and high altitude Medical, accidental & emergency Heli rescue evacuation cost.
  • Personal Trekking / Climbing equipment and Personal Expenses: Personal Trekking and Climbing Gear, Internet, battery recharge, Hot shower, Laundry, any Alcoholic beverages & soft drinks (during the trek and in Kathmandu), and Personal Medical Kit bags.
  • Filming: Special Filming, Camera, and Drone permit fee.
  • Horse renting and additional porters: Horse renting and additional porters during the trek.
